The Directorate of IT, Pakistan Railways, is committed to strengthening digital infrastructure and ensuring reliable, efficient, and secure IT-enabled services across the railway network.

The Sukkur Division operates 29 POS stations, providing 24/7 computerized ticketing and reservation services. Ticket Vending Machines (TVMs) at Rohri and Rahimyar Khan offer automated reservation facilities for passenger convenience.

All main line stations and major branch line stations are integrated into the centralized IT-based ticketing system, with ongoing expansion to remaining locations to ensure full digital coverage.

Passengers can access services through the RABTA mobile application and the Pakistan Railways online platform, enabling seamless and user-friendly booking experience.

A dedicated IT server room at the Sukkur Reservation Office operates from 8:00 AM to midnight, managed by skilled IT personnel to ensure system performance, uptime, and real-time technical support.
